1) How do I place an order on morethanbasics.com?

You can place your order online at www.morethanbasics.com

Ordering on morethanbasics.com is easy and secure. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, just click on the "ADD TO CART" to place it in your basket.

*After adding an item, click ‘’MY CART’’ icon on the right side.

*Click ‘’CHECK OUT’’ at the bottom after checking your registration information and then continue.

*Fill in the shipping address on the next page and click ‘’CONTINUE’’. Choose your payment method in the new page and fill in the information.

*Click ‘’COMPLETE ORDER’’ to place your order

2) Can I add and/or drop an item or exchange my order?

Before the order is completed, you can add, remove or exchange an item.

2b) Can I change or update my order?

Yes, but your products might already be on their way. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and you can place a new one. In that case please reach out us on info@morethanbasics.com and we will help you out.

You can also give your phone number and our customer service center will call you back within 24 hours in work days for further information.

3) How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package from our warehouse to your door.

You can check the status of your order at any time in your account page.

4) What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can return your purchase with the original delivery package and receipt for free within 30 days of purchase with “UKGS Worldwide Express”. Please complete our return form found on our website and follow the instructions on the form. Please e-mail us:

We will send you an information email after we receive the item and refund you the amount of your purchase within 30 days.

5) Do I have to register for shopping?

You do not have to register to shop on our site. However, registration is required for fast ordering, to benefit from special promotions, to track orders, and to cancel or return orders quickly.

6) How can I track my order without registering?

You need to register to be able to track your order. Once you are logged in, you can track your orders with your More Than Basics order number.

7) I received a faulty item in my order, what can I do?

If you have received a faulty item, you can return your purchase with the original delivery package and receipt for free within 30 days of purchase with "UKGS Worldwide Express”. Please complete our return form found on our website and follow the instructions on the form. Please e-mail us :

8) How can I check an item’s stock status?

You can check the availability of the item(s) you are interested on the relevant page, under the category of ‘’Choose Size’’.

9) What is ‘CART’, how can I use it?

The ‘’CART or basket’’ is a display on the right side of the homepage that you will use while shopping. You can do the following:

You can add items to your cart by clicking ‘’ADD TO CART’’.

You can use your coupons codes on your basket page.

You can determine the number of items you have selected.

While shopping, if you’d like to remove any item that you have added to your basket, click ‘’x’’ on the right side and remove it from your cart.

You can see the subtotal, discount, total shipping fee, free shipment threshold and final total on your basket page.

10) How long can I keep my items in my cart?

You can keep the items you have selected in your basket until they are out of stock. When an item is out of stock, it is automatically removed from your cart.

11) How can I check if the discount or gift coupon reduces the total amount?

You can check to see if any discounts have been applied on your cart window, above your final total.

12) Can I use my coupon code for all of my order?

You can use your coupon code for all valid orders.

13) My order did not go through, but I have been charged for it. What can I do?

You can send the relevant receipt or bank statement showing the money withdrawn from your account by e-mail to

14) After my order, the price is decreased. What can I do?

We can not change the price or pay you the difference after you have placed your order.
